There are 4 major 'instruments' in the Mantar Jantar observatory. They were used to determine the position of celestial bodies, tell the date and time and make predictions. It is a very photogenic place and photographed many times, the front cover of the Lonely Planet guide to Delhi was shot here. It is therefore difficult to find an original angle, but that is what I tried here and the result is an almost abstract image.
