Print Order Form
Thank you for deciding to buy a limited edition print. If you fill in this form and click the submit button your email program will send me the information automatically. If you use Internet Explorer you may get two warning message, courtesy of Microsoft. Just click OK on the first and Yes on the second. I am trying to organise a more elegant way of doing this. Payment information is at the bottom of this page.
A maximum of 10 copies of this photo will be printed at each size. If the limited edition print for the image and size you want is sold out, I will get in touch with you.
Don’t forget: if the photo you want to buy currently appears on the Home Page of this web site you qualify for the 20% discount.

Payment
The easiest way to pay for your print is by PayPal. If you have not got an account you can set one up on their website. It is very easy, secure and will not cost you anything, all you need is a valid credit card. Once you have set up your account just log in, go to the "Send Money" tab and use my email address to send the money to: ruud@vanruitenbeek.com.
Your print will be with you approximately 5 working days after I receive confirmation of your payment (quicker for the smaller print sizes.)
Alternatively, if you don't want to use PayPal you can send me a cheque from a UK bank account. You will receive your print approximately 5 working days after the cheque clears (quicker for the smaller print sizes.)
